For shipping and freshness, we recommend consuming Mamancy chocolates within a two-week period or at best by four weeks. Mamancy chocolates are made from best ingredients with no added preservatives.
As our quality guarantee, we highly recommend having someone available to receive the chocolates at the time of delivery. Our chocolate delivery schedule ships from Monday to Friday with the intent for all shipments to arrive by Friday. Orders received on Friday or national holidays will be processed in the following week, as we do not want your chocolates held up in transit or sitting over the weekend. Changes to your subscription include but are not limited to: shipping schedule, address changes, and billing information. All changes must be received by customer support five days prior to the scheduled shipment order to apply the changes. Subscription is at will and can be canceled at any time by contacting us at email@example.com. If your shipment is scheduled for delivery within 48 hours of canceling, your delivery may have already been processed and the cancellation would apply to the following scheduled shipment.
Subscriptions are for a defined time frame (weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months or 9 months) of your order. The card on file will be charged every scheduled period, four days prior to the shipment date.
In case of a declined card an automated email will be sent out to request the customer/buyer to update the card on file. A declined card will cause suspension of shipment and may cancel your subscription automatically.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Mamancy reserves the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion.
Subscription plans will continue until the customer/buyer cancels or contacts customer support to request a termination of their subscription.
Payment terms are within the sole discretion of Mamancy Tea, LLC. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made at the time of purchase. Each consecutive monthly subscription will be charge accordingly. Your order is subject to cancellation at the discretion of Mamancy. Mamancy is not responsible for omissions and errors of any third party or affiliated programs.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, let us know within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honor refunds after the 14 day guarantee period has expired.
We take the quality of our products very seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know, and provide a picture to assist us in properly addressing the issue. In the case that Mamancy replaces a damaged or defective product, we will require an additional charge for reshipment.

If you are allergic to soy, gluten, nuts, and/or peanuts, we strongly recommend not to eat our products. We do our best to separate areas and equipment to avoid allergen exposure, however cross exposure may occur. Your safety is our concern.
